Ever since accounts have been linked by a single name from the Tourny guy. And heros have been put into the game and can use customized weapons on the char which owns the heros.

I see no reason why Customized weapons can not be changed to being customized to the account. You still cant resell them, and it allows the account holder to better use the customized weapons as he sees fit.

I may be far off, but wasn't something like this supposed to be on the HoM changes update? At least on the weapons that were customized when adding them to it.

yep it makes sense and it will allow equipping heros easier but probably wont happen.

I almost never customize weapons because I delete my guys way to often for this to be a viable option.
This would enable me to make better choices in PvE - so I am all for it.

yes please! I'd keep customizing my weps even if it never happens (since i doubt it will

) but it would be soooo nice. don't want armor to be account customized though, only weapons

Hmmm.... PvP characters getting fancy gear easily.
Maybe only account wide for PvE characters would be better.

/signed for the reasons that with the ever-changing skills in the game, some weapons fall idol on the character they are customized to because the reason for customizing got caught up in a skill change... (back before the first change to way of the sin, when it was how it first came out, i customized a q8 zodiac longbow and now that they changed it, i cant use it anymore for that build, my ranger feels lonely, oh heres the template [OwJikxjMFnpagrtrJAo/sIOABA]... /sigh)

bad idea in terms that pvp toons get max, customized weps so wouldnt it be lots of fun ot make full sets of weps and shields with perfect mods yeh? and for sub 20's....
idea isnt bad if its ONLY for lvl 20 toons.

personally i like customization to one character only because then i'm forced to have a vast array of skins and weapons so all my chars have gear.
